How do I find what I'm looking for?

In order to find a particular product, simply type in the product name or brand in the search engine box located on the top centre of each page. The search engine will return some results.  You can also browse through our toy categories using the store categories located on the left of each page.


Do I need to be registered to buy?

No registration is required to purchase on the online store.  All customers have the option to 'Create an Account' through which they can view their order history, manage their delivery addresses, and which will help make return visits easier, but having an account is not obligatory - we leave this option with each customer to decide on!


How do I add a product to my shopping cart?

To add a product to your shopping cart, simply click the “Add to Cart” button located beside the product's image.  This will automatically add the item to your cart.


How can I see what's in my shopping cart?

You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "Cart" link located at the top right of each page.


How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?

If you have added a product to your shopping cart and no longer wish to purchase it — simply access your shopping cart and click the “delete / x ” button next to the item you do not wish to purchase. This will automatically delete this product from your shopping cart.


How can I pay for my order? accepts Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit and American Express.  All prices are displayed and charged in Euro.

Delivery & Returns


What is the delivery fee?

Delivery in the Republic of Ireland is €4.95

Delivery in the UK is €8.95


How quickly will I receive my order?

We will dispatch your order to you as soon as possible, so long as it is in stock. Currently typical delivery times are 2-4 working days for Ireland. Feel free to query your order at any stage. On occasions where a product is out of stock we may automatically split your order.

How do I change or cancel an order?

You can change or cancel an order up to 1 hour after placing your order. For queries about an order, contact us at  After this point you may consider returning items to us.


Can I return a product that I no longer want?

If a product is defective in any way, please return it within 15 days and we will either deliver a new one to you, or refund you the cost of the product. Please don't forget to include your order reference number. The cost of carriage for returns is at the customer’s expense. Returns should be clearly marked for the attention of our Returns Department and sent to: Returns Department

I have received item(s) that I did not order, what should I do?

On rare occasions an incorrect product may be dispatched in an order. In this event, please contact us at and we will arrange to have the item(s) collected from you and swap/dispatch the correct items if required. Please do not send these items to returns, as we will not be able to reimburse the cost of carriage.
